Use the keypad on your meter or the small unit inside the house (the CIU).
- Buy a token and copy the 20 digits
- Type all 20 digits on the meter keypad
- Press Enter
- The screen shows Accept or Success, and your units go up
Recharging a prepaid meter is simple once you know the steps. Here is how to load a token and check that it worked.

Check that you typed every digit correctly and that the token was bought for this meter number. A token works only once and only on its own meter. If it still fails, contact us on WhatsApp with the meter number.
Tenants log in with their phone number, pick an amount and pay by card or bank transfer. The 20-digit token appears on screen and by SMS, and they type it into the meter's keypad.
Each payment is split automatically. The landlord's share goes straight to their bank account, usually the next working day. Geomarins never holds the landlord's money.
